I don't teach a personality you have to become. I help you lead as yourself, on purpose, with the practical skills that make people want to follow.

The Arrow Framework

Every programme and every cohort follows the same four stages, so the change is steady, deliberate, and yours to keep.

    Get clear on where you're going and the kind of leader you want to be.

    Draw

    Build the self-awareness and presence to hold that direction under pressure, using Insights Discovery.

    Release

    Put it into practice through the conversations, decisions and habits that make up real leadership.

    Follow through

    Make it stick, with support between sessions and a clear plan for what comes next.

I'm Jancis.

I work with new and developing managers, and with the organisations that want them to thrive. I've worked everywhere from tiny companies all the way to Apple, and led an arm of a seven-figure business, so I know what it takes to lead when the pressure is real.

My sessions are energising, practical and shaped around the people in the room, because leadership only changes when it starts to feel like yours.
