Hi, I'm Jancis!

I have been passionate about people development since I can remember.

When I was still in high school I worked with a series of local primary schools to mentor the children worried about moving up from year 6 to 7, to a bigger school, and an unfamiliar environment. I wanted the children to feel confident and comfortable when they started at 'big school' so I helped devise a series of workshops where they could ask questions, partner with older children and learn about what to expect... so yeah, I've been doing this since I was 14!

Since then I've trained internationally for Apple, coached sports, designed multiple onboarding and ongoing training programs, worked with charities to upskill young offenders, been part of a nationwide training program for Halfords & the NHS, helped businesses scale to 6 figures, and had a hand in training over 200 companies in Seventh Wave®'s Leadership Development programme.

And now I'm excited to work with you!
